Latasia's jewellery is manufactured with the best quality materials and must meet our strict quality control standards. In the unlikely event that you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, simply return the item at no extra charge with proof of purchase within sixty days of purchase. After sixty days, an item may be returned for an identical item with proof of purchase for a service fee of $7.50, plus tax.
This guarantee is not intended to cover normal wear and tear.

Latasia goes to great lengths to insure customer satisfaction. However, if for some reason you are not completely satisfied, any lingerie item may be exchanged or returned for full merchandise credit within 30 days of receipt of the order. The original packaging and customer order form must accompany return. We regret that items misused or abused are NOT covered by the guarantee.
